Raised on cattle ranches and farmland in the mountains of Wyoming near Yellowstone National Park. I was a very active and accomplished athlete in high school, having been named an All-State Linebacker, and looking at an athletic scholarship to the University of Wyoming, I felt like I was only touching the tip of my potential. During my dreams of something greater, I met my wife, Reanan who attended high school in a neighboring town.
After some life events, I was emancipated at the age of 16 and together, Rae and I were preparing to welcome our first son. With my new responsibilities as a father, I learned to balance my life as a father, full-time student, and a full-time job. With my priorities very different than before, I lost my athletic scholarship due to my inability to participate in high school athletics.
After graduating high school, I went into the oil field to better support my family. I spent the next 3 years in the oilfield doing everything from Oil Field Construction to Drilling and Fracking. After turning 21, I decided to get my CDL. During the next several years, we grew our family to include 4 children.
Having had a strong passion for architecture as a kid, I had considered getting into Real Estate, but was afraid to take a chance and risk failing. Both Rae and I had growing feelings of never reaching our full potential and decided that a change was necessary. With our new visions and dreams, Rae encouraged me to pursue a Real Estate career. As a lover of year-round summer weather, Rae set her sights on Las Vegas. So, I traded my work clothes in for suits, and decided to follow my dreams.
